Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wallan Geely. Following are the terms & conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

The Shipping Service under this agreement will provide by Wallan Group.

All orders are processed within 7 working days after requisite approvals. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Cash Payment: 7-10 Working days after making insurance.

Banks: 7-14 Working Days after signing the contract with the bank.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for few days.

Please allow additional days in case if you reside outside central region.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, then we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation SMS & email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

There will be a shipping cost depending on your location if stated otherwise.

Geely is not responsible for any damages after delivery documents has been signed.

The customer has the right to return the car if any damages are present before signing the delivery note.
